** Hotel Room Reservation Update **
The room reservation block for the 2023 Convention has sold out due to the popularity of the Convention. A Hotel Room Wait List has been created only for registered conventioneers who do not have a reserved room found here starting November 22. The Hotel Room Wait List, subject to availability, does not guarantee that a hotel room within the Convention block will become available. We encourage you to continue to seek alternative accommodations even after you have completed the Hotel Room Wait List form.

Hotel registration began in November 2022 for registered conventioneers and was sold out within hours. Subject to availability.
The convention reserved rooms for conventioneers, which are blocked, and cannot be purchased until the room block opens in November 2022.
All registered conventioneers received instructions in October 2022 on how to reserve a room at the negotiated convention rate.
Rooms will accommodate up to 4 persons.
Rooms will have a king bed or 2 queen beds. Many rooms also include a queen sofa bed. A folding cot option is also available for rooms with a king bed at an additional cost of $25 per night.
ADA rooms are available at the convention rate and instructions for requesting an ADA room will be provided during hotel registration.
The convention room rate is $149 (plus taxes) per night. Self parking is $10 per day and includes in-and-out privileges. There are no added resort fees.
