REGISTRATION BAG

One of the first Convention experiences is receiving the 2025 Convention Registration Bag during Registration, including a number of fun gift items inside such as pens, rulers, doll shoes, notepads, key chains, tape measures, stress balls, mouse pads, etc. Clubs often use this opportunity to give their own special welcome to Conventioneers. For businesses, this is an opportunity to reach every Conventioneer as soon as they arrive. Contribution Guidelines: • You must submit 1,000 pieces of the same item to be included in the Official Registration Bag. • Any items received in quantities fewer than 1,000 will not be included in the Official Registration Bag, but will be placed on a flyer table in the Registration area. • Please do not send any food items. This includes gum, candy, etc. • Any items containing the words Barbie® doll and/or ICON: Barbie® A Fashion Original may not be submitted without prior written permission from Mattel and B Convention a Nonprofit Corporation. • There is no charge for clubs or other non-commercial entities to have items placed in the Official Registration Bag. • There is a $300 charge for commercial entities to have items placed in the Official Registration Bag. Payments are accepted via the Online Store at BConventions.com in the Ads section. • Items must be received by May 25, 2025, to be included in the Official Registration Bag.
